Thank You for Purchasing a Voucher for a Seven Peaks Pass of All Passes and/or its Add-Ons!

It is time to convert that voucher into the actual product you purchased by redeeming your voucher online!  This page will walk you through the process through the written instructions and/or a short 1.5 minute video that are provided below.

Written Instructions

  1. Login to the guest portal.  ( What is the guest portal? • What if I don’t know my login? )
  2. Make sure that everyone is on your account that you want to redeem vouchers/passes for.
    • You can do this by going under the “My Memberships” tab.
    • You can add more people by clicking “Add New Guest” on the right side.
  3. Click on the “Vouchers” tab in the top navigation.
  4. Enter your first voucher number into the box and click “redeem.” (if it is a Groupon voucher, use the “Groupon Number” that starts with “LG”.)
  5. If you purchased a Pass of All Passes, assign it to a guest on your account.  If you purchased an add-on, it will automatically be added to your account.
    • If you purchased any other non-annual item such as arcade token cards, food gift cards, daily ticket items, etc, then you’ll still have to redeem those items in person from a Seven Peaks location. The other annual items still need to be redeemed online using the instructions on this page.
      Repeat steps 3-5 for each voucher purchased.

About the Guest Portal

Purchases of Pass of All Passes (including transferrable Pass of All Passes) and its add-ons such as season tubes, season parking, and buddy passes are now purchased through our new guest portal. We promise you will love the guest portal when you get in and see what you can do! If you’re thinking, “I don’t want to hassle with a guest portal,” we recommend that you take a few minutes to read on and get yourself setup with the guest portal, because even vouchers purchased through 3rd party retailers such as CityDeals.com, Groupon, KSL.com, Living Social, Costco, etc. must be eventually redeemed through the guest portal, so you won’t be able to avoid it, unless you call us or come in person to make your purchase 😉

That’s right. If you really hate the idea of managing your own Pass of All Passes account online, you must make your purchase in person at one of our Seven Peaks locations or over the phone at (801) 377-4FUN (4386).

Okay. Thanks for reading to this point! If you have EVER had a Pass of All Passes before, you already have a Pass of All Passes account, so read the section that reads, “I have had a Pass of All Passes before.”

If you have NEVER had a Pass of All Passes before, jump to the section that reads, “I am Sure that I Have NEVER had a Pass of All Passes Before.” If you are not sure if you’ve had a Pass of All Passes before, please let us check really quickly for you via our chat feature (you’ll see a yellow box at the bottom right of your screen where you can initiate a chat). You want to avoid creating a new account if you’ve already had a Pass of All Passes, because that will result in duplicate accounts and its own set of issues that’ll need to be sorted out later.

I Have Had a Pass of All Passes Before

If you have EVER had a Pass of All Passes before, you already have an account.  You just need to login with a username and password.  Your username is the email tied to your Pass of All Passes account.  If you do not know which email is tied to your Pass of All Passes account, please click on the link below to initiate a text chat with us, and we will respond right away with the email that is on your account.  If you don’t like the email that is set to your account, we can change it to your preferred email.

Once you have the email that is tied to your Pass of All Passes account, you just need to set a password.  To do that, click on this link and click on “forgot password” under the blue login button.

You will be prompted to enter the email tied to your Pass of All Passes account, and click on “Send Instructions.”  You will receive a password reset email in your Pass of All Passes account email.  Click on that link, and you’ll be taken to the web page where you can set a password for your account.

That’s it!  You’re in the account!  Click on the “Memberships” tab and then click on “Buy Now” as pictured below:

On that tab, you’ll be able to add or renew guest memberships such as Pass of All Passes as well as add or renew shared memberships such as season tubes, season parking, and buddy passes.  You can access the guest portal at any time by going to guest.sevenpeaks.com.

I Am Sure that I Have NEVER Had a Pass of All Passes Before

If you have NEVER had a Pass of All Passes, you can proceed to the guest portal and create a new account now.  You can get to the guest portal by going to guest.sevenpeaks.com.
