Thank You for Purchasing a Seven Peaks Pass of All Passes!

 

It is time to redeem your purchase voucher/receipt!  The first steps of the redemption process are done online.  Please carefully read the information below prior to proceeding through the process.

 

Redeeming a Renewal Pass of All Passes

If you have been a Pass of All Passes holder before and still possess your Pass of All Passes card, click the button below and select the appropriate form.  We will simply reactivate your current Pass of All Passes card for another 12 months.  We will notify you via email when this has been done.  If you purchased the Pass of All Passes through a promotion that included bonus items, these will also be processed at that time.

 

Redeeming a New Pass of All Passes

If this is your first Pass of All Passes or if you have been a Pass of All Passes holder before, but need a new card (for any reason such as loss, theft, disposal, wear and tear, etc.), click the button below and select the appropriate form.  Your new pass card will be processed by our fulfillment team.  After 10 business days, you may pick up your pass card at one of the fun centers during business hours.  If you purchased the Pass of All Passes through a promotion that included bonus items, you will be given instructions at the Fun Centers on how to receive them.

What Is Collected in the Forms

Both the renewal form and the form for a new pass card collect 1) basic demographic information about you, and 2) proof of purchase information (such as the name of the Pass of All Passes reseller, amount paid for the pass, and unique voucher redemption/receipt code).  Depending on the Pass of All Passes reseller, the voucher redemption/receipt code will be in a different format and location.  If you purchased your pass through CityDeals.com, the redemption code is on your “print at home” voucher.  If you purchased your pass through Groupon.com, the redemption code is on your “Groupon,” and so on.

 

Questions or Concerns?

Please allow 10 business days for processing from the time you submit the forms.  You may use your voucher at the Fun Center 10 days after your purchase date.  You won’t miss out on any of the fun!
