1. You must fill out a voucher redemption form for each person you purchased a Pass for. If you purchased a voucher online that is good for multiple people, you still need to enter a voucher redemption form for each person. To do this, please enter the same voucher code on each redemption form.
2. On some vouchers, the "Redemption Code" can be found below the barcode.
3. The best pictures to use are head shots with just the Passholder in the picture. Please do not submit pictures with the Passholder wearing sunglasses or hats.
4. If you have not received your Pass within 6 to 8 weeks or have questions about your voucher submission, please email fulfillment@sevenpeaks.com to ensure your forms were submitted correctly.
